3. Contact by email
If you contact us by email (info@concerts-dresden.com, orchestra@concerts-dresden.com or waege@concerts-dresden.com), we process your email address and the content of your message solely to respond to your enquiry. Data will be deleted after the enquiry has been fully resolved, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Ticket purchases via EVENTIM Inhouse
We operate a ticket shop via the EVENTIM Inhouse platform (CTS Eventim AG & Co. KGaA, Contrescarpe 75, 28195 Bremen, Germany). Your order data (name, email address, payment details, selected tickets) is processed by EVENTIM to fulfil the purchase contract. EVENTIM's privacy policy is available in the ticket shop.

5. Cookies, Consent Manager and Google Tag Manager
Our website uses technically necessary session cookies. In addition, we use a Consent Manager (Silktide, provided via cookies.concerts-dresden.com) which collects and manages your consent to optional services.
Only after you give your consent is Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; GTM ID: GTM-KWM7VC64) loaded. Google Tag Manager enables the integration of further services (e.g. web analytics). A full list of services activated via Tag Manager will be added to this policy once available.
